  1. Put the flour into a mixing bowl. - 2. Put water with salt and butter into a small pan. Bring to boil. - 3. Pour the hot water into the flour mixing bowl. - 4. Leave the dough aside for 5 minutes then knead the dough for few minutes or till smooth
  2. Divide them into 10 small rolls Using rolling pin, flatten the rolls into a round disc about 15 to 20cm. Take 1tsp of oil and spread onto the disc. Cut them halfway, as per photo, and roll them into a cone.
  3. Turn it and press it down.
  4. Rest the bread for 15 minutes. - *9. Now roll them flat and cook them in a frying pan turning once untill both sides are cooked.
