  2. Take 100 g water

  1. Mix the maida, salt, ajwain and water until the thickness
  2. Cover the dough and rest for 15 mint
  3. Then chop the onion, calcium,cabbage and one inch ginger grated finely
  4. Then take red chilli and salt and mix well and keep aside
  5. Then take a ball of dough and make roti by using dry maida. Now in centre sprinkle salt and redchili mixer on it. Now place a cabbage, Calcium and onion mixture on roti and make a triangle shape and slightly roll it. on gas
  6. Now take a tawa on gasburner and some oil and make Parantha of it. Press the corners properly in medium chunty. Serve it with garlic chunty.
