Steps to make Mizutaki:
  1. Half fill a pot with Chicken Stock and heat over a medium high heat.

They help you feel full also which can truly help to improve your mood. It’s not hard to feel depressed when you are starving! The reason these grains help your mood so much is that they are not difficult for your body to digest. They are simpler to digest than other foods which helps kick up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, improves your mood.

Green tea is really good for your mood. You were sure it had to be in here somewhere, right? Green tea is chock-full of an amino acid known as L-theanine. Research has discovered that this amino acid induces the production of brain waves. This will improve your brain’s concentration while also calming the rest of your body. You were already aware that that green tea helps you feel better. And now you are aware that green tea can help improve your mood also!
