Steps to make Jerof Rice with Goat meat:
- Wash and parboil rice, while d rice is on d fire, blend tomatoes, onion,pepper, boil goat meat with thyme and maggi,onions
- Wash parboil rice and keep aside. Put a clean pot on d fire, add groundnut oil, onion,
- Fry tomatoes, pepper and onions, add curry, add d goat meat, stair and add the washed parboil rice, salt, crayfish and cover to cook for 15mins
- Ready to serve. Dish out in a plate.

If you wanted too, you can dig some hole in the ground for making the authentic version of mandi rice, considered it as a work out; but i guess i had a busy clinical days lately and i'm just too lazy for that. Biryani is fragrant long-grained rice with meat or vegetables cooked in spices. This recipe calls for goat meat and traditional Indian seasoning.

They help you feel full too which can truly help to better your mood. It’s easy to feel depressed when you feel hungry! These grains can elevate your mood since it’s not at all hard for your body to digest them. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps jumpstart a rise in your glucose levels which in turn takes your mood to a happier place.
Green tea is fantastic for moods. You just knew it had to be in here somewhere, right? Green tea has been found to be chock-full of an amino acid known as L-theanine. Studies have discovered that this amino acid essentially stimulates brain waves. This helps sharpen your mental energy while at the same time making the rest of your body more relaxed.
