  5. When gizzards are soft & cooked, add peppers & Mayo then simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve with Penne in Basil & Spinach & Butternut.

Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Stir in the hearts, the gizzards and the chicken broth. Drain and chop into bite size pieces. When cooked add oil in gizzards,the paprika, black pepper,chilli powder and fry all ingredients until gizzards are brown. DIRECTIONS Fry onion in oil or butter till light yellow.
