  4. Add the sliced onions stir for 1-2 minutes then add pepper, chopped carrot and green beans, green and red bell pepper, bouillion cube, salt, curry powder and oregano, stir in the fried gizzard and stir continously for 2 mins and taste.
  5. Add rice, stir, cover your pot and cook for 5 to 8mins, once rice is tender and water has dried out, turn off heat and serve
