Instructions to make Juicy Burger:
  1. In a large bowl, mix your flour, salt, sugar and yeast. Add desirable quantity of water and knead until well combined. Cover and set aside to rise.
  2. In another bowl, pour the grounded beef, beef stock, spices and salt mix together.
  3. Grate the scotch bonnet and the onion. Add it to the beef mixture. Break the egg and mix well.

  7. Bring out the burger dough. Preheat your oven. Cut the dough to full your hand roll it round and put it on the oven try, dress with sesame seed and bake until golden brown.
  8. Cut the burger bread into two. Rob the burger sauce on both side. Dress it with the sliced tomatoes and onions, lettuce and burger beef then add the sliced onions and tomatoes, pour the sauce to drizzle cover with the other side of the bread. Put a toothpick to hold the 2 breads.
