Hello everybody, it is me, Dave, welcome to my recipe page. Today, I will show you a way to make a distinctive dish, club sandwich. It is one of my favorites. For mine, I am going to make it a bit tasty. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Club sandwich is one of the most popular of recent trending meals on earth. It is enjoyed by millions daily. It is simple, it’s fast, it tastes delicious. They are fine and they look fantastic. Club sandwich is something that I’ve loved my entire life.

The mile high sandwich is the perfect lunch to make at home. Use good bread and toast it just. Toast the bread in a toaster, or under a broiler on both sides. To make a double-decker club: On a clean work surface, arrange.

To begin with this recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can have club sandwich using 10 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Club sandwich:
  1. Make ready 200 grams Boneless chicken boiled and shredded
  2. Take 12 bread slices
  3. Get 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  4. Get Black pepper powder as required
  5. Make ready 2 teaspoons Red chilli sauce
  6. Make ready Salt to taste
  7. Get 2 teaspoon Oil
  8. Get 4 Eggs
  9. Prepare Butter as required
  10. Prepare Processed cheese Grated as required

Layer Monterey Jack cheese, the rest of the tomatoes, lettuce, turkey and bacon on top. Spread mayonnaise on third piece of toast and place on the stack mayo side down. Slice the sandwich in quarters diagonally. Skewers or long toothpicks may be used to hold all the layers together.

Steps to make Club sandwich:
  1. Combine chicken and mayonnaise in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Add pepper powder, chilli sauce, salt and mix well
  3. Toast bread slices in a toaster. - - Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Crack eggs one by one in the pan and double fry them. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Place two toasted slices on a worktop. Spread butter on one side of each toast and spread chicken mixture on one of them. Cover with another toast, place 2 tablespoons grated cheese and 4-5 tomato slices on top. Sprinkle pepper powder on top and place a fried egg on it. Sprinkle little salt and pepper powder on the fried egg. Butter the third toast and place it over egg. Press and cut into triangles. Make remaining sandwiches in the similar way
  5. Serve with potato chips and tomato ketchup

Slice the sandwich in quarters diagonally. Skewers or long toothpicks may be used to hold all the layers together. This is a basic club sandwich you'll find on the menus of most restaurants in Canada with the exception it doesn't include cheese whether it be processed or swiss. I always add salt and pepper in moderation to the tomatoes. I also find Miracle Whip rather than mayonnaise adds a little more pizzazz.

Make a trail mix out of seeds and/or nuts. Peanuts, cashews, sunflower seeds, almonds, pumpkin seeds, etcetera are all fantastic for helping to boost your mood. This is possible because these foods are rich in magnesium which increases serotonin production. Serotonin is a feel-good chemical substance that dictates to the brain how to feel at any given moment. The higher your serotonin levels, the more pleasant you will feel. Nuts, along with bettering your mood, can be a superb source of protein.

If you would like to defeat depression, try eating some cold water fish. Cold water fish including tuna, trout and wild salmon are chock full of DHA and omega-3 fats. These are two substances that promote the quality and function of the grey matter in your brain. It’s true: consuming a tuna fish sandwich can seriously raise your mood.

Grains can be great for fighting a terrible mood. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all actually wonderful for helping raise your happiness levels. They help you feel full also which can actually help to better your mood. Feeling starved can be a real downer! The reason these grains are so great for your mood is that they are easy for your stomach to digest. You digest these foods faster than other things which can help promote your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel more pleasant, mood wise.

Green tea is really great for your mood. You just knew it had to be mentioned in this article, right? Green tea is rich in an amino acid referred to as L-theanine. Research has proven that this amino acid induces the production of brain waves. This helps improve your mental focus while calming the rest of your body. You likely already knew it is not hard to be healthy when you consume green tea. Now you know that green tea helps you to lift your moods as well!

So you see, you don’t have to turn to junk food or foods that are terrible for you just so to feel better! Try some of these suggestions instead.
