  5. Add cilantro and season to taste.
  6. Serve topped with avocado, cilantro and crispy tortilla stripes. I like a bit of extra fresh tomatoes as well.

Instructions: Season chicken with chili powder, cumin and salt. Place on bottom of slow cooker. Stir in cilantro and lime juice. Serve with tortilla chips, cheese and sour cream if desired. Using two forks, shred the chicken.
