麻糍 MUAH CHEE is one of the most favored of recent trending foods on earth. It is appreciated by millions every day. It’s easy, it is fast, it tastes delicious. 麻糍 MUAH CHEE is something that I have loved my entire life. They are fine and they look wonderful.

To begin with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook 麻糍 muah chee using 4 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make 麻糍 MUAH CHEE:
  1. Take 1 cup - glutinous rice flour
  2. Take 1 cup - water
  3. Get 3 teaspoons - shallot oil / oil
  4. Get Ground peanut powder (with sugar)
Instructions to make 麻糍 MUAH CHEE:
  1. Mix glutinous rice flour, water and oil in a bowl
  2. Stir well, make sure there's no lump
  3. Steam for 20 minutes (I used pressure cooker)
  4. Remove from steam pot (coat some oil on spatula) and stir well (keep folding in till the much Chee dough rolled up like a ball)
  5. Use another bowl, pour grounded peanuts.. Cut the muah Chee dough into smaller pieces using spatula and coat well
  6. Plate and serve 😋😋

The higher your levels of serotonin, the more pleasant you are going to feel. Not just that but nuts, particularly, are a great protein food source.

Cold water fish are excellent for eating if you are wanting to beat back depression. Salmon, herring, tuna, mackerel, trout, etc, they’re all chock-full of omega-3s and DHA. Omega-3 fatty acids and DHA are two things that raise the quality and the function of your brain’s gray matter. It’s the truth: consuming tuna fish sandwiches can really help you fight your depression.

Grains can be good for driving away a terrible mood. Quinoa, barley, millet, etc are terrific at helping you have a happier mood. These foods can help you feel full for longer also, which can help your mood too. Feeling famished can be terrible! The reason these grains help your mood so much is that they are not hard to digest. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps promote a rise in your sugar levels which in turn kicks up your mood to a happier place.

Green tea is actually excellent for your mood. You were sure it had to be included in this article, right? Green tea is rich in a particular amino acid called L-theanine. Studies have found that this particular amino acid can basically induce brain waves. This will better your brain’s focus while simultaneously calming the rest of your body. You likely already knew how easy it is to get healthy when you consume green tea. And now you are aware that green tea can help improve your mood too!
