You buy them at stores already made in factories. Cut Chikuwa vertically in half, and then cut the long pieces in half (making shorter pieces). Add Chikuwa to the batter and coat. Place flour on a shallow plate.

  5. Squeeze over mayonnaise and add pizza cheese on top.
  6. Bake in a toaster oven. Once the cheese has melted and browned, it's done.

Add Chikuwa to the batter and coat. Place flour on a shallow plate. Wipe out the fish skillet and return to medium heat; add remaining oil.
