  2. Add the flour to the yeast mixture and stir till you make dough.
  3. Add the oil, it should be an oily dough now.
  4. Add feta, crumpled into small bits.
  5. Leave to prove in a bowl for 30min.
  6. Oil a baking tray and flatten the dough to about 3cm thick.
  7. Leave to prove for 1 hour.
  8. Bake for about 30min in 170 Celsius
